Chess
Chess is a drop-in program for all ages. The program runs from September till June. Once a week for three hours. Chess provides new or beginning students a strong foundation in the rules and strategies needed to play the game.
Cooking with Stephen
Cooking with Stephen is a 10-week program for ages 6-11 all about fun. Children will learn the basics of food preparation, knife skills, cooking & baking techniques, healthy eating � but most of all, they'll learn how to create and enjoy great food.
Dance
Dance is a 10-week program gear to Hip Hop/Urban Dance for ages 6-18. The children/Youth are introduced to rhythm, musicality, control, dynamics, posture, and performance. The goal of these classes is to provide a framework of choreography in which each dancer will be able to add their own personal style and attitude.
Ball Hockey
Ball Hockey is a co-ed 10-week program for ages 6-18. Teams are made up on arrival and participants referee the games themselves. The program is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for Children/Youth to learn floor hockey and develop physical techniques to play the game. All skill levels welcome.
Arts & Craft Night
Arts & Craft Night is a 10-week program for ages 6-18. This program provides creative and practical projects that can be completed in one day. In a positive environment the �fun projects� are designed to build self-esteem, encourage creativity.
Taekwondo
Tae Kwon Do is a 10-week program for ages 6-18. This program is designed to teach focus, concentration, muscle development, balance, and gross motor coordination within the context of Taekwondo. Their training will also target behavior development, awareness of others, self confidence and character development.
Acrobatics
Acrobatics is a 10-week program for ages 6-18. Children/Youth will learn the basic of acrobatics and tumbling Sample moves include front & back rolls, headstands, backbends, and cartwheels Students learn flexibility and strength while acquiring valuable skills Classes are 45 minutes long
Elite Acrobatics
Acrobatics is a 10-week program for ages 6-18. Children/Youth will learn advanced acrobatic techniques. Sample moves include walkovers, back handsprings, etc. Students learn flexibility and strength while acquiring valuable skills Classes are 45 minutes long
Baking with Chealsea
